On 10 July 2025, the Swiss Federal Office of Transport (FOT) announced the details of the support (\u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.news.admin.ch\u002Fde\u002Fnewnsb\u002FF6z_kZnU06_JTt4uH_kwI\" rel=\"noreferrer\">press release in German\u003C\u002Fa>). There’s also a barrier-free compartment and a \u003Cstrong>bistro\u003C\u002Fstrong>. The sleeper cars feature classic compartments with up to three beds and a washbasin, while the couchette cars offer 4- and 6-berth compartments. \u003Cstrong>Toilets\u003C\u002Fstrong> and \u003Cstrong>showers\u003C\u002Fstrong> will be available in the waggons.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>It’s now confirmed: the sleeper car will also include a \u003Cstrong>wood-paneled suite\u003C\u002Fstrong> with two double beds. You read that right – it even has a \u003Cstrong>private shower and toilet\u003C\u002Fstrong>. RDC already provides the rolling stock for the Zurich–Amsterdam and Basel–Amsterdam night trains – some of this equipment will now be used on the new Scandinavian route.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch3 id=\"how-frequently-will-the-train-run\">How frequently will the train run?\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp>Three times per week: from Basel on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 17:35, arriving in Malmö the next morning at 09:35. In the opposite direction, it departs Malmö on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Mondays at 18:57, arriving in Basel the next day at 11:30.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch3 id=\"can-i-bring-my-pet\">Can I bring my pet?\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp>In principle, yes – the same rules as for ÖBB apply.
