No collection of personal data
We do not collect any personal data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) or the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) during your use of nightride.com.
For the purpose of improving our services and fulfilling our obligations to third parties, we only collect anonymous usage data that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual users. This data is collected using a self-hosted Plausible instance and never leaves our servers.
Newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. You must confirm your details using a double opt-in procedure. We use your email address solely to send the newsletter. We do not share your email address.
Our newsletter uses the privacy-compliant open-source software Listmonk and is self-hosted by us. This means your data never leaves our servers. You can view, export, or delete your data anytime and unsubscribe via a link at the end of a newsletter or in your confirmation email. No cookies
nightride.com is completely cookie-free. All possibly stored (search) settings are saved locally on your device, and we do not have access to them.
