There currently are a variety of options to travel by night train from Prague (Czech Republic) to Rzeszów (Poland), taking between approximately 8 and 10 hours: Namely the LE 235 and the RJ 1023. These lines are operated by Leo Express and Regiojet.
The Czech operator Leo Express runs a couchette train between Frankfurt and Przemyśl several times a week, calling at Erfurt, Leipzig, Dresden, Prague, Ostrava and Kraków. Its overnight trains between Prague and Warsaw and from Prešov to Prague are seating-only, and a night bus links Lviv and Kraków.
The Economy Sleeper is a berth in a mixed 4-person couchette compartment. Women and women travelling with children under 10 can choose the Economy Sleeper Lady compartment instead. A small breakfast and a kit with two bottles of water, earplugs and an eye mask are included.

The night buses are designed with comfortable, spacious seats that recline, providing ample legroom. Each bus is equipped with individual power outlets, free hot drings, free WiFi, and onboard entertainment systems to enhance the travel experience. Buses also feature a toilet.
