There currently are a variety of options to travel by night train or night bus from Brussels (Belgium) to Prague (Czech Republic), taking between approximately 12 and 17 hours: Namely the ES 453 and the BUS Londýn - Praha. These lines are operated by European Sleeper and Regiojet.
European Sleeper is a young Dutch startup connecting several European cities in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the Czech Republic with their "Good Night Train". The sleeper cars offer comfortable and lockable compartments for one, two or three persons, each equipped with a washbasin. The service includes bedding, towels, toiletries and breakfast. A wake-up service is available. The couchette cars come in two variants: standard (6 people) and comfort (5 people, air-conditioned). Both include bedding, blankets and pillows. Comfort compartments can be booked as private or women-only compartments. The compartments can be locked from the inside. As the most economical option, seating cars with 6-person compartments are available. Seat reservations are included in the price. Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the train crew.
Regiojet operates both night trains and night buses across Europe, providing various travel options. Regiojet night trains offer a range of cabin options, from standard reclining seats in open compartments to private couchette cabins designed for one to four travelers, complete with bedding and duvets for a restful journey. Wifi is available and breakfast and coffee are served for free. Regiojet night buses feature ergonomic seating that can recline for comfort, with generous legroom and amenities such as USB charging ports, free WiFi, personal entertainment screens, and complimentary refreshments available during the journey.
